This is how it works: For every order we receive, the estimated emissions for shipping are calculated using a formula. Based on these estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to companies vetted by Carbon Direct 's scientists. These companies use the money to remove as much carbon as our shipments created. All additional funding will go toward further development of carbon removal technologies.

Grassroots Carbon helps ranchers change their land management practices to improve soil and environmental health, thereby sequestering and storing more carbon in the soil.
Mast reforestation
Mast Reforestation combines best forestry practices with new technologies to reforest healthy, resilient and climate-adapted forests lost to wildfires. Mast Reforestation's services include seed collection, seedling cultivation, reforestation services and financing based on high-quality carbon credits.
